9) In case of any dispute, first all parties will genuinely try to solve it mutually and after that the judicial jurisdiction will be New Delhi.

10) If any dispute /any complaint/ any issue, party/aggrieved person will be responsible to communicate with us in writing on Contact@rupp-eci.in and will give suitable time to address the issue.

11) We have the full right to change the terms and conditions at any time in any manner without informing our clients/users or website. It is the duty of our client /user of www.rupp-eci.in to remain updated about terms and conditions. It is the duty of our client / prospective client that before taking our services, read all terms and conditions properly.

12) Once our consultancy fee /agreed by both parties or collected from the client then that will be refunded in any manner.
