New Party Registration
Registration of Political Party is done by Election Commission Of India. If any Political Party wants to avail the benefits under Income Tax Act -1961 and facilities and benefits from the Election Commission of India (ECI), then the Political party will have to get registration from ECI as per Sec 29A of The People Representative Act -1951.
